Marcio Fernandes

Mrcio Miguel da Costa Fernandes is a Paralympic athlete set to represent Cape Verde at the 2012 Summer Paralympics. He was born in Portugal to Cape Verdean parents. He lost his leg in a car accident at age 10. He is the first Cape Verdean athlete to participate . At agedMarcio went to jail for killed a security. Marcio Fernandes spentyears in jail. This is the main reason he doesnt have Portuguese nacionality.
